Hello All and Welcome to FishyBoys.com,
We (Scott, Keith and Brett) started this blog as a way to share our various fishing adventures with friends, family and anyone else who may be interested in taking a look at how much fun we have chasing fish around the world.
We’ll try to keep the blog updated with photos, videos, fishing reports and information about the areas we fish. Where we go, how we get there, where we stay, who or what fishing guides we use and all the other details such as equipment, tackle, presentations etc, will all be included.
Please subscribe to the blog and you’ll get an e-mail whenever we update the site with new and exciting stuff about fishing.
I suppose for those of you who don’t know us, here’s a little about each of us;

Scott with a nice Table Rock smallmouth
Scott lives on Table Rock Lake in Missouri and is an avid bass fisherman. Scott has been fishing in fresh and salt water for as long as he can remember and won his first bass tournament at age 13. About 10 years ago, he picked up a fly rod and so the love affair began. He has since chased a variety of species in places such as; New Zealand, Belize, Mexico, Alaska and Brazil among others and plans on adding many more countries and species to the list of piscatorial persuits.
Keith lives on the coast in the Florida Panhandle and is an an accomplished tournament marlin fisherman. Keith won a major Gulf Coast tournament in 2007 bringing in a 751 pound blue marlin to crush the competition. Keith also spends a lot of time cobia fishing in the spring of each year and actively chases tuna, dorado, wahoo and other offshore game fish in the Gulf of Mexico. Regular trips to the Florida Keys tracking down tarpon, bonefish and permit compliment Keith’s extensive fishing experience.

That’s a BIG Marlin
Brett currently resides in coastal Southern California and grew up fly fishing the west in places such as Montana, Alaska, New Mexico and of course the Sierras in California. Brett has been aggressively expanding his fishing repertoire, but remains focused on using a fly rod for most of the species he targets. Brett recently landed a 20 pound peacock bass while fly fishing on a tributary of the Amazon River in Brazil during a recent FishyBoys adventure.

We are just three regular guys with irrgeular fishing addictions, but we make a point to feed that addiction any chance we get. We’ll even keep you posted on our less adventurous local fishing days just to fill in the blanks and keep you up to date on all kinds of fishing. If you have any questions at all about the fish, pictures, tackle, or anything fishing, don’t hesitate to drop in a comment and we’ll tell you what we can.
“They say the earth is 2/3 covered in water, so if you’re not fishing, you’re probably missing out on most of what the world has to offer”
Till next time, Scott
